Elanamie Clinic rules & Guidelines

We offer a calm therapeutic environment. Our aim is to run on time and provide the optimum experience throughout the patients’ journey. Patient welfare and wellbeing in Elanamie Clinic has been factored into every step of the design and aesthetic from treatment to technology and textures.

From our patients side - the following are clinic rules we require you to follow for the smooth running of the clinic, happiness of staff and for the best therapeutic outcomes.

  • This is a medical clinic and is by appointment only. No walk-ins for any reason.

  • Patients only in clinic

    • No accompanying children in clinic - no exceptions - patients will be rescheduled/cancelled

    • No accompanying adults- waiting room is reserved for patients only

  • Appointment etiquette - we are very strict on the following:

We send out a confirmation text on booking and a reminder text the day before every appointment:

    • We strive to run on time. Please be on time for your appointments. We will try to accommodate unforeseen delays but may have to reschedule you if it will effect other patients appointments.

    • A late cancellation is a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment (business days- so Friday before a Monday appointment). On the first late cancellation - patients will have to pay for the rescheduled/next treatment in advance. After two late cancellations no new appointments will be offered. ( You have the option to pay in full for the 2nd late cancelled appointment and wasted time if you wish to be un-blocked).

    • No shows- Any patient who does not attend an appointment will be blocked and will not be permitted to book in the future. (You have the option to pay in full for the missed appointment and wasted time if you wish to be unblocked).

  • Mobile phones must be on silent-mode while browsing. Step outside clinic if you need to make/receive a call.

  • For product collection - please call in advance, we will have products ready for collection in a designated time-slot.

  • Staff should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. We are a small tight team- all staff have the right to refuse access/treatment to anyone who does not respect our ethos.

We are growing fast and want to preserve the happy work environment and ethos the company has been built on. We regret that we have to outline the above rules but we want to make sure that we can continue to thrive and maintain standards with our loyal patients.

Our books will close once we feel that standards will be effected by additional patient numbers.
